Check your spam folder. Still nothing after 24 hours? Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll verify your order.

Can I pay later with Klarna?

Yes, Klarna Pay Later and Klarna Slice It are available.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I still change it?

Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Contact us as quickly as possible via WhatsApp so we can stop the shipment in time.

When will my order arrive?

NL & BE: Order before 15:00 = delivered tomorrow.
International delivery times vary per country.

How can I track my package?

Once shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Check your track & trace first. If something looks wrong or delayed, message us and we’ll fix it.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us for a custom solution.

Do I have to pay customs fees (non-EU)?

Non-EU orders may incur customs or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my order?

Register your return via our Return Shipment Portal.

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

I received the wrong product. What now?

We apologize! Send us a WhatsApp message with your order number + a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes, that’s possible. Please let us know via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange this once we have received your return.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once your return is received and checked, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take slightly longer to appear on your account.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

What should I do if I received the wrong or a damaged item?

Please contact us via WhatsApp or email. We will reimburse the shipping costs and arrange a replacement item.

Are your products unisex?

Yes, most of our items such as hoodies and shirts are unisex fits, suitable for all genders unless stated otherwise on the product page. You can search and filter for men and women items on our shop page
