What is your return period?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to register your return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging. Start your return via the returns page.

How long does a refund take?

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we process your refund within 5–7 business days. It’s refunded to the original payment method.

Can I exchange for another size?

At this moment we process exchanges as returns + new orders. Send back the original item via /returns and place a new order for the correct size.

I received a damaged or wrong item

Sorry about that. Start a return via /returns and choose the correct reason, or email us at info@harddancestore.com with your order number and photos.
