Returns

You may return items within 14 days after the day you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • in its original packaging

  • in the same condition that you received it

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale

  • Worn or damaged clothing

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock. Contact our team to arrange the fastest solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, back to your original payment method. Processing times of your bank or payment provider may vary.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo. We will fix this for you right away.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
