Shipping times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: Order before 15:00 = delivered the next business day.

  • Europe: 2–7 business days.

  • Worldwide: 5–15 business days depending on the country.

Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance (PostNL, DHL, or local partners).

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

Tracking information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link.
If you haven’t received a shipping email, your order has not shipped yet.

Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Hard Dance Store is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping partners.

International orders & customs

Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address provided

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately.
We can update it only if the order has not been shipped yet.

Lost or missing packages
